Nuts Roasting Machine – NRM 190
The NRM-190 Electric Nut Roasting Machine is specially designed to meet the needs of small-scale industrial businesses. Our machine is a double-stage, single-burner nut roasting oven with a capacity of 40 kg of product per hour.
The NRM-190 belt nut roasting machine consists of two roasting chambers, one resting chamber, and one cooling chamber. To quickly package homogeneously roasted nuts, a resting and cooling chamber has been added to the machine. In our machine, air circulation fans are used to roast the nuts homogeneously, and the excess moisture is removed by a moisture removal fan in a synchronized manner.
The heating system of the nut roasting machine is equipped with burners that run on LPG, natural gas, and diesel, and heating can also be provided by optional electric heating elements. The machine, which is produced with completely isolated combustion and nut heating chambers, can be used safely, and all control can be provided through the touch panel thanks to the developed automation system.
The machine allows you to create recipes and maintain consistency by recording roasting settings specific to your business. In addition, our control system that provides integration opportunity for your industrial businesses is compatible with security and central control systems.
