Nuts Roasting Machine – NRM 195
The NRM-195 Electric Nut Roasting Machine is a machine designed for small and medium-scale industries. It provides efficient production with its capacity to roast 100 kg of nuts per hour. The machine performs a homogeneous roasting process thanks to its double-stage burner. It is equipped with two roasting chambers, one resting chamber, and one cooling chamber.
In the NRM-195 roasting machine, air circulation fans are used to ensure the nuts are roasted uniformly. In addition, the excess moisture produced during the roasting process is removed by the humidity removal fan, which operates synchronously. The machine is equipped with a resting and cooling chamber for the nuts to cool down quickly and be ready for packaging. As a result, the temperature of the roasted nuts is lowered to the ambient temperature, making them easier to package.
The nut roasting machine is equipped with burners that can operate on LPG, natural gas, and diesel fuels. Alternatively, heating can also be provided with electric power using resistance heaters. The combustion chamber and the nut heating chamber are completely isolated from each other in the machine, which can be controlled via a touch panel thanks to the advanced automation system. Furthermore, you can ensure continuity by recording the roasting settings specific to your business.
