Introducing our NRM-200 Electric Nut Roasting Machine, the perfect solution for medium-sized industries. With a capacity of 200 kg per hour, our NRM-200 Belted Nut Roasting Machine is equipped with dual-stage burners for uniform and efficient roasting.

This nut roasting oven consists of two roasting chambers, one resting chamber, and one cooling chamber. To ensure homogenous roasting, air circulation fans are utilized during the roasting process, while a dehumidifying fan works in sync to eliminate excess moisture. A resting and cooling chamber has also been incorporated into our machine to allow for quick and easy packaging of the roasted nuts, by reducing the temperature of the nuts to the ambient temperature. Our nut roasting machine’s heating system is equipped with LPG, natural gas, and diesel fuel burners, and electric heating elements can be optionally added.

Our machines feature a completely isolated combustion chamber, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the roasting process. With our advanced automation system, you can easily control the entire machine via the touch panel, save custom roasting settings for your products, and ensure consistency in your roasting quality.
