Nuts Roasting Machine – NRM 300
NRM-300 Electric Nut Roasting Machine is a high-capacity nut roasting machine designed for medium and large-scale industries. The NRM-300 belt nut roasting machine is a double-stage roasting oven that operates with two burners and has a product roasting capacity of 300 kg per hour.
The machine uses air circulation fans for homogeneous roasting and operates in sync with a humidity extraction fan to remove excess moisture. Additionally, the resting and cooling rooms are added to reduce the temperature of the roasted nuts to ambient temperature and make them suitable for packaging quickly.
The nut roasting machine can be heated with burners that use fuels such as LPG, natural gas, or diesel, or optionally, it can be heated with electric energy using resistive heaters. The machine is manufactured by completely isolating the combustion chamber from the nut heating chamber.
The machine is very easy to use thanks to its advanced automation system and touch panel. You can create recipes and record custom roasting settings specific to your business and easily control the machine.
